Who We Are

We believe in farming as a business.

Professional farmers can increase production levels in a sustainable way, benefit from more business opportunities and provide better livelihoods for everyone involved.

Professionalism and entrepreneurship are the keys to transforming agricultural markets. SCOPEinsight provides business intelligence to create opportunities in agriculture by measuring the level of professionalism of farmers and their organizations.

About SCOPEinsight

We believe in farming as a business

Since SCOPEinsight was founded in 2010, we have led the way in developing innovative, universally-applicable assessment tools that measure the level of farmer professionalism in emerging markets. SCOPEinsight believe that farmer professionalism is the key to structural transformation of the agricultural sector. By providing business intelligence we aim to increase transparency in the agricultural market, lower investment risks and increase business opportunities for stakeholders in and around the agricultural value chain.

It is our mission to transform agricultural sectors by increasing the market inclusiveness of professional farmer organizations and agribusinesses.

The SCOPE tools create a common language between stakeholders and can be used across any region, sector, crop and farmer segments.

Our clients include global agribusinesses, traders, processors, NGOs, financial institutions as well as multilateral development- and food security organizations.

We are dedicated to a positive change in the agricultural market. Just as we value the professionalism of small and medium-sized businesses, we are committed to high working standards ourselves. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals with complementary skills and expertise.

Our office is in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Contact us!
