As Operations and Customer Success Manager at SCOPEinsight, Carolina brings several years of management experience to her responsibility of monitoring operations.  This experience is complemented by her personable demeanor and polyglot capabilities to foster relationships with clients and operational partners at implementation level.

Her prior experience includes her work at the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) as a project assistant where she provided outstanding project management backstopping to the Pacific region as well as in Eastern and Southern Africa by providing overall project monitoring, communication among stakeholders and organizing conferences.  Furthermore, she was an active member of internal working groups on business intelligence and change management.

Carolina holds a MSc. Degree in International Relations at Utrecht University.
