Use of Google Maps

Our website uses the “Google Maps” service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter called “Google”.

Note on the integration of videos

In our website we are using videos, the integration of which requires certain features provided by external providers. For technical reasons the integration of videos thus involves the usage of third party servers.

Vimeo

For the integration of videos, we use Vimeo as our provider. Vimeo is run by Vimeo, LLC, headquartered in 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
For some of our internet pages we use Vimeo plugins. If you call up a page of our website that contains such plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers will be established and the plugin displayed. The Vimeo server will thus receive the information of your website usage. If at the same time you are logged into your Vimeo member account, Vimeo will relate this information to your personal user account. If you use the plugin, for instance by clicking on the start button of a video, this information will also be attributed to your user account. You can prevent such attribution by logging out of your Vimeo user account before using our website and by deleting the respective Vimeo cookies. Data processing when opening a customer account and for the purpose of contract implementation

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation DSGVO, personal data may be collected and processed if provided by you for implementation of a contract or when opening a customer account.

The data that will be processed is evident from the respective entry form.
You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the above-mentioned contact address of the person in charge.

We will save and use the data provided by you for implementation of the contract.
After full implementation of the contract or cancelation of your customer account, your data will first of all be blocked in order to respect the retention periods required by fiscal and commercial law and then be deleted after expiry of these periods, unless you have given your express consent to the further use of your data or we have reserved the right of their legal further use and provided you with the respective information through this website.

Data processing for order handling

During the processing of your order the personal data we collect will be passed on to the carrier as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will also pass on your payment details to the instructed bank, as far as this is necessary for payment processing. Should any transaction be handled by a payment service provider, we will explicitly inform you. In such case, the data transfer will comply with Article 6, paragraph 1 b) of the General German Data Protection Regulation DSGVO.

SSL Encryption

For reasons of security and in order to protect confidential data, such as enquiries that you send us, we use SSL encryption.
