DimensionsSCOPE Basic JPEG
The management professionalism and business viability of farmer organizations is assessed on 8 dimensions, visualized in the graph on the right.

Data collection
For each dimension, the assessor scores several topics are scored on a scale of 1 to 5. Limited data and documentation is collected. There is no financial assessment involved.

The assessor submits the assessment via the SCOPE application. This application, with integrated quality control functions, is linked to a Dashboard, from which the assessment data and report can be monitored and downloaded.

The results

SCOPE Basic Report, for comprehensive insight into the strengths and weaknesses of a farmer organization on all assessed dimensions, as well as basic organizational, production and benchmark information.
